- Conduct live virtual therapy sessions with adult clients, providing targeted interventions for a wide range of emotional and psychological needs, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. \n
- Utilize clinically validated assessment tools to accurately monitor client progress and adapt treatment strategies based on real-time feedback and outcomes. \n
- Engage in regular collaboration with our leadership team, exchanging insights and strategies to improve patient care and enrich treatment protocols. \n
- Maintain comprehensive clinical documentation adhering to best practices and organizational standards, ensuring compliance and seamless communication across the care team. \n

Your primary focus will be on treating adult clients who may require immediate mental health support. Clients may vary widely in their needs, presenting conditions such as depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, and various situational stressors. - A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant mental health field is required, with advanced degrees and clinical licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) preferred. \n

The compensation for this role ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
