Partner with manager to exploit current culinary trends and implement new and on-brand initiatives.

Collaborates with manager to create menus for special events as needed.

Work with Restaurant Manager to ensure proper communication with co-workers.

Be a motivating presence and leader to the staff to constantly improve and exceed customer expectations.

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

1-2 years direct experience.

Ability to read and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals.

Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays.

Position requires prolonged periods of standing/walking around store or department.

May involve reaching, crouching, kneeling and stooping.

Position may require working in a warm kitchen environment.

Frequently lift/move up to 25lbs.
