Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement
The Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement seeks a Case Manager Registered Nurse to join Aetna's Long-Term Services and Supports in Lake County, IL. This full-time, field-based role requires an active RN license, a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, and the ability to travel up to 75% for member visits. The successful candidate will coordinate case management activities, evaluate members' medical needs, and develop strategies to enhance their overall wellness.
