Production Supervisor

Our client, a leader in manufacturing and electrical equipment, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Production Supervisor to join their team. As a Production Supervisor, you will be an integral part of the production operations, supporting the manufacturing process and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and efficiency, aligning seamlessly with the organization’s goals and values.

Job Title: Production Supervisor

Location: Richmond, VA

Pay Range: $28.00

What's the Job?

• Lead and supervise a production team within a manufacturing environment to meet production goals and quality standards.

• Coordinate daily production activities, ensuring adherence to schedules, procedures, and safety policies.

• Organize and allocate resources efficiently to optimize production line performance.

• Identify areas for process improvement and oversee the implementation of corrective actions.

• Manage resolution of critical product or equipment issues in collaboration with internal teams.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field preferred, or equivalent experience.

• Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experience, or relevant experience with an associate degree or high school diploma.

• Experience in leading teams within a manufacturing or electrical environment is advantageous.

• Knowledge of electrical equipment and familiarity with SAP is a plus.

• Flexibility to work primarily off-shift hours with the ability to train on other shifts as needed.
