Team Member

Restaurant Team Members sit on the front lines of our fight for better. They help ensure that every guest has a great experience by serving our fresh salads, juices and wraps with a smile and a willingness to do more. Our Team Members are some of the most loyal crew in the industry, and it's not by accident. About: Snappy Salads opened in 2006 with the idea that you could order the exact salad you wanted, made in minutes, with quality ingredients, in cool surroundings. Every day, we create fantastic food that will make you feel good, or even better, after eating it. And that is why we use the term "life-changing salads." It's been our pleasure to grow to 14 restaurants across the DFW area helping guests discover satisfying every day. But our mission goes beyond satisfying, nutritious meals. We strive to leave this world healthier than the way we found it. We do this with our delicious and sustainably-sourced food. We do this through our eco-loyal practices like paper straws and recycled building materials. And we do this by recognizing and rewarding our team. We do this with the utmost pride and respect for every person we know. Requirements: The best part? Our Team Members are hired to stay, with advancement into management as the goal. And our best employees are the ones driven to do more for our guests, the business and themselves.
