While there may be potential for extension or consideration into a similar role, such opportunities are not guaranteed.)POSITION OVERVIEWWe are seeking an exceptional Warehouse Leader to lead warehousing operations for a high-profile, large-scale, multi-site sports logistics program. Reporting directly to the Project Director, with a functional reporting line to Regional Contract Logistics Leadership, this leader will drive strategy, design, and optimization across four warehouse sites totaling over one million square feet across the Los Angeles and South Bay area. The role carries a strong emphasis on planning, warehouse design, operational readiness for the biggest sport event on earth, building a world-class operation well in advance of program execution in 2028. This is a high-visibility, high-impact leadership opportunity for someone who blends strategic vision with operational excellence, inspires high-performing teams, and wants a defining role in one of the largest and most dynamic sports logistics programs in the region.WHAT YOU WILL DOProvide strategic leadership and oversight of warehouse operations supporting the flow of materials, equipment, and products across multiple venuesOversee all core warehouse functions, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and outboundDevelop and implement scalable logistics strategies focused on layout optimization, space utilization, and efficiency across multiple logistics hubsEstablish, monitor, and continuously improve key performance indicators (KPIs), including warehouse occupancy, picking accuracy, on-time delivery, and asset utilizationEnsure the integrity of storage processes, including load traceability, inventory accuracy, and strict adherence to service level agreements (SLAs)Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement initiatives, process optimization, and the adoption of enabling technologiesLead, coach, and develop high-performing warehouse and teams, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and collaborationPartner cross-functionally with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and execution across the networkDevelop and enforce robust asset security protocols to safeguard inventory, equipment, and facilitiesEnsure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and environmental standards, as well as internal policies and governance requirementsAnalyze operational performance, identify risks or gaps, and implement corrective actions to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomesPrepare and present executive-level reporting on warehouse and performance, including insights and strategic recommendationsWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOREducation & Experience Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) 8+ years of progressive experience in warehouse or logistics operations, including leadership of large-scale, multi-site complex environments Proven track record managing multi-site operations and high-volume networks Preferred Experience supporting large-scale, high-visibility programs or multi-location operational deployments Background in warehouse optimization, automation, or transformation initiativesKEY SKILLS & CAPABILITIES Strong analytical mindset with deep expertise in KPI management, process improvement, and operational optimization Demonstrated knowledge of inventory control, load traceability, asset security, and fleet coordination Proven leadership capability with experience building and developing high-performing teams Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across all levels Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with competing priorities Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and related logistics technologiesCEVA operates in a multicultural, global environment and is a richly diverse organization operating seamlessly as one company.
