Job Description Associate Attorney — Litigation (3–5 years) Carothers & Mitchell is a busy small law firm seeking an experienced Associate Attorney with 3–5 years of litigation experience (preferred). Ideal candidates are trial‑ready, client‑focused, and able to manage cases from intake through trial.
