What You'll Be Doing

As a Front Desk Associate, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and checking in guests with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Managing reservations, room assignments, and check-out processes efficiently.
• Answering guest inquiries and providing information about hotel services and local attractions.
• Handling payments and maintaining accurate records.
• Assisting with guest requests and resolving any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborating with other team members to maintain a smooth operation at the front desk.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or hospitality role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with guests and team members.
• A professional and friendly attitude with a focus on excellent customer service.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation systems (or a willingness to learn).
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
