Production Associates

Our client, a turbine generator component manufacturing facility, is seeking Production Associates to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the production team supporting the manufacturing of high-quality electrical components used in large-scale power generation systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, a quality-focused mindset, and a commitment to safety-aligning successfully in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Job Title: Production Associates Location: Fort Payne, AL Pay Range: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour Multiple shifts available: Monday - Thursday (5:00 AM - 3:30 PM) Monday - Thursday (3:00 PM - 2:30 AM) Friday - Sunday (5:00 AM - 5:30 PM) Friday - Sunday (5:00 PM - 5:30 AM) What's the Job? Perform hands-on assembly, fabrication, and production of turbine generator components. Use a variety of hand tools, power tools, and manufacturing equipment to complete assigned tasks. Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and specifications to ensure product accuracy and quality. Inspect finished products and components to verify compliance with quality standards and customer requirements. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all company safety policies and manufacturing guidelines. What's Needed? High School Diploma or GED required and must be verifiable. Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand tools and production equipment. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions. Quality-focused mindset with strong attention to detail.
