Were looking for a driven, resultsoriented Sales Advisor to join our team. In this role, youll go beyond simply listening - youll act as a trusted expert, guiding customers through their options and showcasing the value of our HVAC/Plumbing/Electrical solutions. Your mission is clear: turn conversations into commitments, and close sales that create wins for both the customer and our company.

As a Sales Advisor, youll combine technical knowhow with persuasive communication to deliver tailored solutions, overcome objections, and secure deals that fuel growth. If you thrive on building trust, influencing decisions, and celebrating every closed sale as a victory, this is the role for you!

• Drive relationships into results by negotiating confidently and closing deals that deliver wins.
• Create persuasive proposals that are accurate, complete, and ready for seamless handoff to the installation team.
• Turn prospects into confident buyers by providing clear, complete information on products services, pricing, and value.
• Generate excitement about Monkey Wrench, inspiring customers to choose us and spread the word.
• Own your market! Know customer needs inside out and position yourself as the goto expert.
• Hit and exceed sales targets every month, proving your ability to close and deliver measurable success.
• Deliver exceptional service throughout the sales process, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
