This position is a first-line greeter in the 125-seat Mt. Magazine Lodge Restaurant. Duties include greeting customers, setting up tables, taking food orders, waiting on guests, serving food, and cleaning tables. Additional duties include operating a cash register, as well as setup and wait service for banquets and conferences. This position has regular contact with food service personnel and the general public, so excellent public relations skills are required. Applicant must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays. Will be paid an hourly rate plus tips. A criminal background check is required. The position offers paid holidays and retirement pension.

Other job-related education and/or experience may be substituted for all or part of these basic requirements, except for certification or licensure requirements, upon approval of the qualifications review committee.
