Job Location: Chantilly, VA 20151
Pay Rate: $25–$30 per hour (Depending on Experience)

Job Description
We are hiring skilled Structural Steel Installers with 5+ years of experience in structural steel installation and ironwork. Candidates must have hands-on experience assembling and installing structural steel frameworks at construction and industrial sites.
Job Responsibilities
- Assemble, place, align, and secure structural steel frameworks, beams, columns, and other components.
- Plumb, align, and level steel frames, columns, beams, and trusses.
- Perform lifting and rigging operations to position structural steel components safely.
- Install purlins, rails, metal decking, stairs, grating, and façade components.
- Read and follow construction drawings, blueprints, and installation plans.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and appropriate equipment for steel erection.
- Follow OSHA standards and all job-site safety procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in structural steel installation or ironwork.
- Must have personal tools required for the job.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Clean background required.
- OSHA 10 certification required.
- Ability to work safely at heights and handle heavy materials.
- Must be dependable and ready to start immediately.
