Cooks/ Cocinero(a)

As a Cook, you'll help prepare fresh ingredients and maintain the quality Tacos La Villa is known for.

Como parte del equipo de cocina, ayudarás a preparar ingredientes frescos y mantener la calidad por la que Tacos La Villa es reconocido.

Responsibilities / Responsabilidades

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes
Preparar y cocinar productos siguiendo recetas
Wash, cut, portion, and marinate ingredients
Lavar, cortar, porcionar y marinar ingredientes
Prepare proteins, rice, beans, salsas, and other products
Preparar proteínas, arroz, frijoles, salsas y otros productos
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
Mantener la cocina limpia y organizada
Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
Seguir procedimientos de seguridad e higiene alimentaria
Restock stations and assist during peak hours
Reabastecer estaciones y apoyar durante horas pico
Complete opening and closing duties as assigned
Completar tareas de apertura y cierre

Qualifications / Requisitos

Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented

Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
