This individual will work with Finance Management, Program Management, CAMs, and Finance Analysts to ensure the program meets its financial commitments and apply principles of Earned Value Management to analyze financial and performance data. This individual will be responsible for loading and maintaining budgets and forecasts in the Earned Value Management tool (Cobra). This person will use Earned Value Management to measure cost and schedule performance, prepare variance reports including trend analysis on a monthly basis, and analyze risks and opportunities. This person will develop presentations for upper management as well as external customers and present recommendations on a weekly and monthly basis. U.S. based Space employees will be a flexible 9x80 schedule, and the majority of our employees will be expected to work onsite. -Earned Value Management (EVM) experience. -Good communication skills (both verbal and written). -Experience working in a team environment. -Experience with LM Space software (Cobra, SAP) -Ability to execute in high pressure environment. -Experience baselining and managing large production and/or development contracts. -Proficiency with pivot tables. -Previous experience with detailed analysis of data. -Secret clearance -Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 5+ years of professional experience; or 4+ years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $73,800 - $130,180. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.
