Training opportunity for a current graduate student to intern within the Center for Cancer Genetics & Prevention. Responsibilities Review clinic folders prior to clinic - summarize medical record info, prepare for cases with lit review, forms, etc. Prepare outlines for cases. Counsel patients in clinic. Present patients seen in clinic to MDs. Conduct f/u with clinic patients as needed. Write letters for tested patients/other* – *as determined by your supervisor. Qualifications Current graduate student in a genetic counselor training program.
