Dishwasher
We are seeking a reliable and efficient Dishwasher to join our dynamic hospitality team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and kitchenware are sanitized and ready for use. Key Responsibilities:
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment in accordance with health and safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing areas, including sinks, counters, and storage spaces
- Sort and organize clean items for proper storage and usage
- Monitor and report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs
- Follow proper procedures for waste disposal and recycling
- Assist with other kitchen duties as needed to support overall operations
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Good physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food service
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
