We are seeking an experienced and passionate full-time Grill Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have, but not required, a strong background in grilling techniques and a commitment to producing high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment. As a Grill Cook, you will be responsible for cooking a variety of meats, vegetables, and other menu items while maintaining our standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and grill a variety of foods including meats, seafood, vegetables, and specialty dishes to order according to established recipes and standards
• Ensure all food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and quality standards, adhering to health and safety regulations
• Maintain an organized and clean workstation, including proper sanitation and safety measures to prevent food contamination
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service during peak hours
• Follow all food safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe dining experience for guests

Qualifications:

• Experience as a Grill Cook or similar role in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Knowledgeable of grilling techniques and cooking methods
• Familiarity with safety and sanitation regulations, including food handling and storage practice
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Food Handlers certification is required
