Construction Project Manager

Locke Staffing Group have partnered with an established commercial construction contractor to appoint a Project Manager in Phoenix. This is an opportunity to take full ownership of substantial ground-up projects for a contractor with a healthy pipeline and a reputation for backing its project leadership. Responsibilities You will lead assigned projects from preconstruction through closeout, taking ownership of budget, schedule, procurement, and contract administration. You will manage subcontractor performance, design team coordination, and the client relationship throughout. Qualifications A minimum of five years managing ground‑up commercial construction projects A demonstrable record delivering projects valued at $10M and above on time and on budget Comprehensive expertise in budgeting, scheduling, buyout, and contract administration Proven ability to lead subcontractors, owners, and design teams Proficiency with Procore or comparable project management software Benefits Competitive benefits package, 401(k), and PTO Strong project pipeline with clear progression to senior level #J-18808-Ljbffr
