Fitness Counselor

Location: Dallas, TX – Ferguson Rd/Highland Rd (Claremont) Responsibilities Membership Sales (Club and Individual – including services, products, programs) Manage membership billing processes and fitness sales pipeline Customer Service (friendly, clean, helpful, problem resolution) Serve as an information hub, offering comprehensive knowledge of products, programs, and events Qualifications Communicate well with members and fellow team members with a customer service mentality Team player and willing to jump into any task and get it done Possess strong mathematical, analytical, and sales skills Able to work independently, multi‑task in a fast‑paced and demanding work environment Strong attention to detail while producing accurate and high‑quality work Available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays Comfortable with technology, able to quickly shift focus, and have good phone etiquette Requirements Must successfully pass a Background Check Must be authorized to work in the U.S. CPR certification required within 30 days of hire Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, tools, and equipment Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Capability to bend and stop for extended periods to access equipment and perform maintenance tasks Compensation Hourly Pay Range: $10 – $11 USD Variable income opportunities including commission Benefits Free membership for you and one family member Discounted Personal Training, merchandise, and supplements Employee referral program Daily Pay offered – access your funds before payday Competitive pay plus vacation, holiday, and sick pay* Group Health, dental, vision, Supplemental Life, and Employee Assistant Program offered!* 401(k) with Company matching!* Personal education growth options with Sophia Learning * Based on eligibility of tenure and full‑time vs. part‑time employment.
