Behavioral Health Care Coordinator - Remote Ohio

CVS Health is seeking a full-time Case Management Coordinator in Columbus, Ohio to deliver the “Next Generation” of managed care in Ohio Medicaid. This position requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of experience in social services or behavioral health. The Case Management Coordinator will evaluate member needs, coordinate care plans, and engage with members to improve health outcomes. The role requires travel within Ohio, with up to 50% time spent in the field. Competitive salary ranges from $21.10 to $40.90 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package. #J-18808-Ljbffr
