Outstanding Compensation
- $60,000–$79,999 annual base salary, based on experience
- Up to $1,375 monthly performance bonus (up to $16,500 annually)
- Top-performing General Managers can earn more than $96,000 annually

What You'll Do
As the Restaurant General Manager, you'll have the opportunity to run your restaurant like it's your own business.
You'll:
- Lead, coach, and develop Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, and Team Members.
- Recruit, hire, and retain top talent.
- Build a positive, high-accountability culture where people enjoy coming to work.
- Drive sales, profitability, labor, and food cost performance.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences every day.
- Ensure excellence in food quality, cleanliness, and operational execution.
- Analyze business results and implement strategies that improve performance.
- Celebrate wins while coaching your team to reach the next level.
What We're Looking For
- Restaurant management experience (General Manager experience preferred)
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
- Financial and operational management experience
- Passion for hospitality and guest service
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
