Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Home Health
$65–$70 per completed visit | $250 Sign-On Bonus | $250 Referral Bonus

Contract with A List Therapy Group’s established home health therapy referral network as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA). Choose your preferred coverage areas, accept referrals based on your availability, and build a caseload around your schedule.

We work with 500+ home health agencies, giving clinicians access to strong referral volume across multiple service areas. We have home health Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) referral opportunities throughout Los Angeles County, Orange County, Riverside County, and San Bernardino County, including Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Pasadena, Long Beach, Huntington Beach, and surrounding communities.
What You’ll Do
As a home health COTA, you’ll provide occupational therapy services under the direction of an Occupational Therapist, helping patients improve function, independence, and performance of daily activities.
Provide treatment, patient and caregiver education, and complete required visit documentation.
Requirements
Current California Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Professional and responsive communication
Ability to provide services as an independent contractor
Home health experience is welcome but not required. New to home health? Our team can help you get comfortable with the workflow and documentation process.
