Your future role at a glance Location: Tulsa, OK Facility: Ascension St. John Medical Center Department: MRI Schedule: Full-time. Day shift. Friday - Sunday 7:00am - 7:00pm #NextGenHealthcare How you'll make an impact in this role Operate advanced scanning equipment to capture high-quality, cross-sectional diagnostic images that directly inform critical patient treatment plans. Prepare and educate patients thoroughly before their examinations, ensuring they feel safe, comfortable, and well-informed about their care journey. Manage imaging data workflows by accurately processing and transferring scans to PACS, securing seamless continuity of care for the medical team. Maintain stringent safety and quality protocols to protect patients and staff while ensuring all imaging equipment functions at peak performance. What minimum qualifications you'll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. One or more of the following required: Cardiographic Tech credentialed from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI). Radiologic Technologist credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). Medical Sonographer credentialed from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS). Education: High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
