Responsibilities

• Lead a team responsible for reporting and analyzing a wide range of data to support business objectives
• Pinpoint areas for improvement by interpreting trends and proposing new products or operational enhancements
• Manage high-profile projects by resolving key issues and collaborating with senior management for timely outcomes
• Conduct complex analyses to deliver solutions for various business needs
• Capture, develop and document data definitions, business rules and quality requirements
• Integrate data from multiple sources to provide requested or essential data elements
• Develop forecasts, reports, ad hoc requests and dashboards that inform business decisions
• Communicate insights, operational impacts and opportunities to stakeholders at all levels

Required Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of data analysis and reporting or related experience
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
• Ability to prioritize and organize tasks efficiently
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Ability to analyze and interpret data to identify business opportunities
• Ability to communicate clearly both orally and in writing
• Ability to engage with all levels of management and company personnel
• Ability to prepare and present data-driven presentations
• Proficiency with software applications such as Word and Excel
• Ability to supervise and motivate others
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems under pressure
• Ability to show judgment and initiative to accomplish job duties
• Expert knowledge of SQL
