What You'll Do

• Support clinical interventions using evidence-based practice in long-term care settings
• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatments under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Administer procedures including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and assistive devices
• Assess patient progress, communicate with supervising therapist, and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Document all patient care activities accurately in electronic records
• Support discharge planning and contribute to team meetings and trainings
• Support and supervise students under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist

What You Need

• Active State Licensure (MA or eligible)
• Prior experience in physical therapy or LTC (preferred but not mandatory)
• Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team

Preferred:

• Experience in long-term care or related settings
