The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end delivery, ensure client satisfaction, and drive successful outcomes for strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for service delivery. Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT services and solutions within scope, time, and budget. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure delivery aligns with client goals and expectations. Drive project governance, risk management, reporting, and resolution of issues. Promote continuous improvement in delivery practices and customer engagement. Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive communication and value-driven results. Required Qualifications: 15+ years of experience in IT service delivery, with strong exposure to the insurance domain. Must have prior experience working with a service-based IT company. Proven track record of managing complex client engagements and cross-functional delivery teams. Deep understanding of project management frameworks and IT service operations. Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work onsite in Des Moines, IA.
