Registered Nurse (RN) - PRN Day Shift - Float Pool

RN Float Pool PRN ProgramAs an RN in our Float Pool PRN Program - We offer two shift options.Tier 1: $40.12/hour - 1 shift per week or 4 shifts per month.Tier 2: $42.50/hour - 2 shifts per week or 8 shifts per month.Pre-Employment RequirementsWe are a drug free facility. Passing a pre-employment drug screening is required.Education RequirementsCurrent RN License and ACLS certification.Job RequirementsMust have a minimum of two recent years of critical care experience.Ability to effectively communicate with patients, physicians, family members and co-workers in a manner consistent with a strong customer service focus.Strong assessment, organizational and problem-solving skills as evidenced by the capacity to prioritize multiple tasks and role components required.Ability to function independently and exercise judgment in interactions with physicians, interprofessional care team and patients, and their families.
