Spencer Concrete is hiring a full-time Concrete Manager in Appleton, WI to lead the crews, calls, and pours that keep Northeast Wisconsin's most trusted concrete contractor moving forward. What You'll Be Doing: Lead, train, and motivate concrete crews across multiple job sites Own daily scheduling, planning, and workflow from kickoff to cleanup Coordinate with project managers, estimators, and field departments Ensure proper setup, pouring, and finishing on every project Maintain the highest standards for safety, quality, and productivity Resolve on-site issues quickly, decisively, and professionally Track materials, timecards, and job progress daily Deliver jobs on budget, on time, and at a quality standard the crew is proud of What We're Looking For: 3+ years of leadership experience in concrete construction Ability to read blueprints, plans, and job specs confidently Hands-on knowledge of forming, pouring, and finishing Strong communication and decision-making skills Proven track record managing crews and subcontractors Safety-first mindset with a commitment to quality on every job Organized, dependable, and results-focused CDL or equipment operation experience is a plus Pay & Perks: $38–$52/hr based on experience and leadership ability Weekly pay Full-time, year-round position — no seasonal layoffs Company truck or vehicle allowance Paid holidays, PTO, and retirement plan options Real advancement into senior leadership and operations roles Trusted, respected, and supported — not micro-managed Why Spencer Concrete?
