About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated System Engineer to support the full customer lifecycle for advanced EO/IR and multi-sensor system solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong professional who enjoys combining hands-on engineering with customer-facing responsibilities.

The successful candidate will work closely with sales, product, engineering teams, system integrators, and channel partners to understand customer requirements, design tailored solutions, support system integrations, and ensure successful deployment and long-term customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with sales teams to understand customer requirements and develop tailored EO/IR system solutions.
• Design solutions involving EO/IR systems, external sensors, and Command and Control (C2) platforms.
• Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept (PoC) evaluations.
• Support RFP and RFI responses and contribute to technical proposals and solution documentation.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales process.
• Explain system capabilities, interoperability, integration requirements, and technical solutions to customers.
• Lead system onboarding, configuration, implementation, and deployment activities.
• Support integration of EO/IR systems within customer environments and existing operational platforms.
• Provide technical training, documentation, and knowledge transfer to customers and partners.
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with engineering teams when advanced technical intervention is required.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and identify opportunities for system enhancements, upgrades, and expansions.
• Work closely with system integrators and channel partners to ensure seamless multi-sensor integration.
• Coordinate with partners to ensure solutions align with customer operational and technical requirements.
• Provide technical guidance throughout integration, testing, deployment, and troubleshooting activities.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and sales teams to resolve technical challenges and improve customer outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field preferred.
• Experience in systems engineering, solutions engineering, technical sales, or a related customer-facing technical role.
• Strong understanding of EO/IR systems, multi-sensor technologies, or related defense and surveillance solutions.
• Experience integrating technical systems with external sensors, C2 platforms, or related command and control technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and systems integration skills.
• Experience delivering technical presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept evaluations.
• Ability to understand complex customer requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with customers, sales teams, engineers, system integrators, and channel partners.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customer projects and priorities.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings, demonstrations, installations, training, and deployments.
