Senior Accountant

Roles & Responsibilities Develop and maintain procedural documentation for the department Manage the month‑end process and recommend ways to reduce close timeline Reconcile GL accounts each month, quarter, and year to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance Perform monthly bank reconciliations Prepare documentation for external auditors Assist with the preparation and filing of tax returns Qualifications 3–5 years of accounting experience Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or another related field; or equivalent experience as an Accountant US GAAP knowledge Proficient in Quickbooks and Excel, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot tables Strong mathematical and analytical skills Ability to work without close supervision Benefits Competitive salary range and performance bonus program Dollar‑to‑dollar 401k employer match up to 4% that is fully vested upon enrollment 100% employee premiums paid by employer for medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability Over 4 weeks of paid time off + sick time #J-18808-Ljbffr
