Environment, Health and Safety Manager

EHS Manager – Food Manufacturing | Wyoming (Relocation Assistance Available) We are seeking an EHS Manager with food manufacturing experience to lead environmental, health, and safety programs within a large-scale sugar production facility. This role will drive regulatory compliance, strengthen safety culture, and support safe, efficient operations across all production cycles. Key Responsibilities Lead and continuously improve EHS programs in a food manufacturing environment Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and food safety-related standards Deliver safety training for employees, supervisors, and contractors Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions Manage audits, inspections, and EHS documentation Partner with plant leadership to embed safety and environmental best practices Lead safety and environmental committees Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in EHS or related field preferred 4+ years of EHS experience in food or beverage manufacturing Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and plant safety programs Proven leadership and ability to influence across operations Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills Why This Role Key leadership position within a stable, growth-oriented food manufacturing operation High visibility and impact across plant operations #J-18808-Ljbffr Alpha Executive Search
