In this role, you will help maintain safe, clean, and professional environments while delivering exceptional customer service to clients.The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, values teamwork, and is committed to maintaining cleanliness, safety, and quality standards. Previous janitorial experience is helpful, but individuals with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.What You'll DoCleaning & Facility MaintenanceVacuum, sweep, mop, and scrub floors and stairwaysClean and sanitize restrooms and restroom fixturesClean sinks, countertops, toilets, mirrors, and bathroom stall partitionsDust and clean office desks, furniture, windowsills, and other surfacesClean stairwells, common areas, and designated workspacesEmpty trash receptacles, replace liners, and clean containers as neededCollect recyclable materials and transport them to designated collection areasSupply & Equipment ManagementRestock restroom, breakroom, and common area supplies as neededMaintain janitorial closets in a clean, organized, and safe conditionProperly use, maintain, and store cleaning equipmentReport damaged equipment and maintenance concerns to supervisors promptlyFollow proper chemical handling, dilution, labeling, and storage proceduresSafety & ComplianceWear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all timesFollow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelinesMaintain awareness of cleaning products and Safety Data Sheets (SDS)Help ensure facilities remain safe, clean, and welcoming for occupants and visitorsCustomer Service & TeamworkProvide professional and courteous service to clients and building occupantsFollow directions provided by the Project Manager or SupervisorWork independently and collaboratively to complete assigned tasksPerform additional duties as assigned to support operational needsWhat We're Looking ForWe are seeking reliable individuals who take pride in maintaining clean and safe environments. Employees must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds. Items exceeding 50 pounds require a team lift.
