Evening Child Watch Lead - Safe, Engaging Kids Care

YMCA of San Diego County is seeking a Child Watch Lead at Cameron Family YMCA – Santee. The role oversees daily Child Watch operations from 4:00 to 7:00 pm, coordinating staff, supervising activities, and ensuring a safe, engaging environment for children aged 2 months to 12 years. Candidates should have 1+ year of child care experience, strong teamwork and communication, and CPR/First Aid certification within 30 days of hire.
