Radiology Technologist (Radiographer) - Urgent Care - Full Time, Days

Clinical Concierge Radiographer Multiple Locations: Mckinney, Dallas, Melissa, Burleson (floating across locations). Full‑Time, 3–12 hour shifts per week, 7:45AM–8:15PM. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Graduate of an accredited school of radiologic technology or Associate's Degree in Radiology studies. At least 6 months of previous x‑ray experience. At least 6 months of previous experience as a licensed medical radiologic technologist (preferred). Previous clinical experience in a health‑care facility as an LVN, MA, CNA, or other patient‑care role; experience with electronic health record; experience with straight‑arm x‑ray and orthopedic procedures (preferred). Certified Medical Radiologic Technologist (CMRT) by TDH or TMB, upon hire. American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification, upon hire. Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification, maintained every two years; BCLS required within 30 days of hire. Medical Assistant (MA) certification required prior to administering injections; MA required within 30 days of hire. THR Urine Drug Collector training, maintained every five years; required within 30 days of hire. Responsibilities Collect identification and payor documentation and conduct registration using EPIC workflow. Measure and document vitals; communicate data to consumer and provider. Document chief complaint, allergies, medical history, and current medications in EPIC. Perform and document laboratory testing and collections per provider orders and standard operating procedures. Administer oral and intramuscular medication following the medication verification workflow; MA may administer intramuscular medication. Assist provider with procedures, including maintaining a sterile field, laceration repair, I&D, and application of orthopaedic goods and orthopaedic glass. Perform diagnostic x‑rays within licensed scope of practice; ensure images are transferred for overread and have reports in the record. Behave professionally and empathetically to build trust with consumers and secondary guests. Welcome consumers and secondary guests; inquire about the purpose of the visit. Immediately notify provider of emergent patients; perform BLS, provide oxygen, and assist with emergency care. Schedule primary‑care referrals for consumers. Maintain office supplies, medical supplies, and medications at appropriate par levels. Perform quality checks throughout the facility per established policies. Perform other duties as assigned.
