Leasing Associate

Continental Properties is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-centric Leasing Associate to join our team at our beautiful residential apartment communities, Springs at Colonial, Springs at Buckingham Farms, and Springs at Ashby.

You will guide your own success by achieving leasing goals and building professional relationships with prospective and current residents. Successful Leasing Associates demonstrate an unparalleled commitment to customer service and resident satisfaction while helping clients find their perfect home. You will report to the Community Manager of the properties.

Position Specifics:

• Full-Time
• $17.00-$21.00 per hour
• Additional earning potential through position-specific performance incentives

Skills for Success:

• Brings proven sales and customer service experience with a genuine passion for creating an exceptional resident experience
• Can work a flexible scheduleincluding weekends, evenings, and holidaysbecause great service doesn't clock out at 5
• Comfortable balancing desk work with being on your feettouring the community (for a period of up to 8 hours), climbing stairs, cleaning units, managing social media, and using standard office tools like computers and phones throughout the day
