Commercial Roofing Service Technician / Helper

Pay: $24–$25/hour (based on experience) Paid Time Off after 90 days Career growth and advancement opportunities Safety-first culture focused on quality and customer satisfaction Key Responsibilities Assist with commercial roof inspections, repairs, and leak investigations Remove and replace roofing materials, including insulation, membranes, flashings, and related components Perform installation work according to manufacturer specifications Maintain professional communication with customers Keep vehicles, tools, and materials organized and job-readyFollow OSHA regulations and company safety standards Prepare, maintain, and clean job sites Travel to and from job sites as needed Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Construction or roofing experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate Ability to use hand and power tools safely Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to safety Willingness to obtain OSHA and other required certifications Ability to work occasional overtime and weekends If you're a motivated team player looking to build a career in commercial roofing, we'd love to hear from you.
