What You'll Do

• Deliver high-quality neonatal care utilizing the Nursing Process within regulatory standards.
• Assess patient needs and implement personalized care plans for neonates and their families.
• Collaborate effectively with the interdisciplinary team, including physicians and ancillary staff.
• Delegate and direct tasks to licensed and ancillary team members ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Monitor patient progress and utilize data to evaluate and improve outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and institutional policies.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and patient-centered care initiatives.

What You Need

• Required:
• Current Louisiana RN License
• BLS and NRP certifications
• Minimum of 2 years RN experience, preferably in neonatal or critical care settings
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Good judgment and interpersonal skills
• Preferred:
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Certification in neonatal or specialty clinical areas
