Compensation In San Diego, the starting hourly base rate for Team Jeni’s Ambassadors is $20.00/hour. Ambassadors have the opportunity to earn an average of $30.22 per hour!* *This is an estimate of hourly earnings based on the 2026 base pay rate and the 2025 hourly tip average. Actual tips may vary. Role Overview Team Jeni’s Ambassadors are part‑time, front‑line crew members who scoop and serve ice cream, make waffle products, run the register, keep the shop clean, change out buckets of ice cream, and perform other related tasks. Responsibilities Serve the ice cream that Time magazine calls "the best in America". Gain valuable real‑world business and entrepreneurship experience.
