The Difference You Will Make

The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchenware, utensils, and equipment. This role ensures the kitchen and dining areas remain safe, clean, and fully stocked to support smooth restaurant operations. The Dishwasher ensures all items are cleaned according to health and safety standards.

What You'll Bring:

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  
• Ability to maintain cleanliness of dishwashing area, including sinks, floors, shelves, and machines.
  
• Assist kitchen staff by providing clean kitchen tools and equipment promptly.
  
• Ability to follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures consistently.
  
• Requires alignment with our Core Values: Performance, Communication, Leadership, Quality, and Teamwork.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• At least one (1) year of previous back-of-house kitchen experience is preferred.

Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to work with long periods of standing, working in a kitchen environment. Ability to stand, walk, bend and reach for extended periods of time.


Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to a kitchen environment including heat and steam, cleaning chemicals and kitchen equipment.

Location and Travel: Position will be based in Nashville, TN, Brier Creek, NC, Pflugerville, TX or Columbus, OH with occasional travel to local and out-of-state markets.
