Responsibilities: Lead by Example: Motivate and inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards. Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of the restaurant during your shift, ensuring smooth order fulfillment, proper food preparation, and a clean and organized environment. Coaching & Development: Train new crew members on procedures, equipment operation, and customer service. Provide ongoing feedback and support to help your team excel. Customer Focus: Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive dining experience for everyone. Teamwork & Collaboration: Lead your team effectively, fostering open communication and a collaborative spirit. Inventory Management: Maintain appropriate stock levels of food and supplies to avoid disruptions. Cash Handling: Oversee cash drawer procedures, ensuring accurate transactions and adherence to security protocols. Safety First: Prioritize a safe and secure work environment for your team and customers by enforcing all safety regulations. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 Years of experience in a fast-food restaurant setting (or similar customer service environment). Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with team members and customers. Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making under pressure. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and efficiency. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
