Position Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Dietary Cook to join our team. The cook will be responsible for preparing meals according to established menus, resident dietary needs, and food safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve meals that meet nutritional and therapeutic requirements.

• Follow menus and recipes accurately.

• Ensure food is handled, prepared, and stored safely.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas.

• Work cooperatively with dietary aides and nursing staff.

• Follow all state and federal regulations related to food service in healthcare settings.

Qualifications:

• Previous cooking experience required (healthcare or long-term care experience preferred).

• Knowledge of modified diets and safe food handling practices.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Dependable, team-oriented, and committed to resident satisfaction.
