3rd Shift Machine Operator
Shift into a Career that Works While the World Sleeps!
Location: Troy, Ohio (On-Site)
Hours: Sunday – Thursday: 10:30 pm – 7:00 am
Reports to: Production Manager

Your Mission:
Are you dependable, mechanically inclined, and ready to join a fast-paced team? We're looking for motivated Machine Operators to keep our production running strong on 3rd shift!

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production machinery
- Perform quality checks to keep products up to standard
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues
- Keep your work area clean and safe
- Work with a team that values hard work and reliability

What We're Looking For:
- Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
- 3+ years experience preferred
- Strong attention detail
- Ability to lift, stand and work in a production environment
- Dependable attendance and positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Looking for "A" Players
