Facility Painter

Job PostingEssential Functions and Responsibilities:Serves as a representative of Brett/Robinson, displaying courtesy, tact, consideration, and discretion in all interactions with other employees of Brett/Robinson, owners, guests, and other members of the community.Reads work orders and specifications to determine areas requiring painting.Uses tools required for general paint preparation.Sands and prepares surfaces for painting.Paints walkways, stairwells, gates, walls, outside unit door, and common door areas.Reports safety issues.Attends departmental meetings.Performs other duties as assigned.Working Conditions:Brett-Robinson maintenance departments are staffed seven days per week.
