Quality Manager, Data Center Manufacturing

What To Expect Tesla Energy is looking for an experienced Quality leader for its site. In this role, you will build a world‑class quality team and process to enable Tesla to deliver Data Center Manufacturing capabilities to drive Tesla’s mission in building a world of amazing abundance. The Quality Manager will be responsible for managing, inspiring, and developing a team made up of Associate Managers, Engineers, Supervisors, Leads, and Technicians. The Manager provides hands‑on support, leadership, and direction to their direct reports, and takes pride in their hands‑on and analytical abilities, organizational skills and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have a track record of significant achievements, tremendous drive, and a willingness to roll up their sleeves.
