Associate Director, Customer Insights & Engagement, Lung Cancer

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute primary and secondary market research plans to identify brand opportunities and generate actionable insights
• Synthesize data from multiple sources to extract meaningful business insights that inform marketing and brand strategies
• Collaborate with AI forecasting and Centers of Excellence to ensure unified insights generation across teams
• Lead adoption of advanced analytics, AI, and machine learning methodologies to enhance strategic decision-making
• Serve as thought leader representing Customer Insights in cross-functional forums to shape long-term commercial strategies

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical analytics or market research experience
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's or PhD preferred
• Ability to synthesize complex data sources into actionable insights for leadership
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional influence skills
• Proficiency with industry-standard tools such as IQVIA, SHS, and advanced analytics platforms
• Expertise in market research, secondary data analytics, or marketing science disciplines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive-level presentations

Compensation: $167,540–$203,013 base
