Deliver an exceptional guest experience by providing a fresh and abundant shopping experience during all hours of operations, prioritizing the guest’s needs over tasks. Uphold and maintain the execution of Food & Beverage Standards. Execute food and beverage processes including deliveries, replenishment, in‑stock routines, data accuracy, culling, rotation, cleaning, signing, organizing, and storing reserve product. Stay aware of current and future promotions within Starbucks. Follow Target and Starbucks routines to deliver a consistent experience for guests while completing tasks efficiently and maintaining food safety. Support the Starbucks Drive‑Up process to ensure digital guest orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. Maintain an inviting dining area for guests throughout the shift. Engage with guests to meet and exceed their expectations based on Starbucks standards. Produce hand‑crafted beverages and food to specifications on recipe cards. Follow all food safety requirements, including monitoring and recording temperature‑sensitive food items. Complete and record all cleaning tasks in the Starbucks space following best practices. Locate and identify damaged, recalled, or expired items and process accordingly. Ensure accurate inventory by placing store‑initiated orders and following proper perishable inventory procedures. Complete all required training requirements and certifications related to quality control of Starbucks products. Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance. Work in a safe manner at all times; comply with all safety policies, best practices, and training; report hazards and correct where possible. Support guest services such as back‑up cashier, order pick‑up (OPU), and Drive‑up (DU) while maintaining compliance culture. Perform all other duties based on business needs. Qualifications & Skills Enjoy interacting and helping others—including guests and fellow team members. Excels in a fast‑moving, highly active, physically demanding role with teamwork, flexibility, and creative problem solving. Open to a flexible work schedule with varying hours, days, or shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak shopping times). Previous Starbucks/food service experience preferred, but not required. Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members. Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment as directed. Work independently and with a team. Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot. Attention to detail and ability to follow multi‑step processes. Capability to remain focused, composed, and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes in a fast‑paced environment.
