Warehouse Picker / Packer 

Pay Range: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour 
(Actual pay offered will be based on experience, skill level, and qualifications.) 

Position Summary 

Sea Fox Boats is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Picker / Packer to join our warehouse operations team. This position is responsible for accurately picking, verifying, staging, packaging, and preparing materials and parts for production and shipment. The ideal candidate has warehouse experience, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining inventory accuracy while supporting production schedules and customer delivery requirements. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Pick materials, parts, and components from warehouse inventory according to work orders, pick lists, and production requirements. 

• Verify part numbers, quantities, and product descriptions to ensure order accuracy. 

• Package materials and products securely to prevent damage during handling and transportation. 

• Stage and prepare completed orders for shipping, receiving, or production use. 

• Utilize barcode scanners and inventory systems to maintain accurate records. 

• Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment activities. 

• Inspect materials for damage or discrepancies before shipment. 

• Maintain clean and organized warehouse storage locations. 

• Safely operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and related equipment. 

• Follow all safety procedures and quality standards. 

Required Skills & Qualifications 

• Previous warehouse, order fulfillment, picking, packing, or manufacturing experience preferred. 

• Ability to read and follow pick tickets and work orders. 

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy. 

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 

• Basic computer and data entry skills. 

• Dependable attendance and teamwork. 

Physical Requirements & Work Environment 

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, squat, and reach for extended periods. 

• Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds. 

• Ability to perform repetitive material handling tasks. 

• Ability to work in a warehouse and manufacturing environment. 

• Must follow safety procedures and wear required PPE.
