Key Responsibilities

• Utilize advanced radiologic and CT technology to produce top-notch diagnostic images for interpretation by physicians
• Collaborate closely with radiologists and medical teams to facilitate accurate diagnostics
• Ensure effective patient positioning and equipment calibration for superior imaging quality
• Adhere to strict radiation safety protocols to protect both patients and staff
• Maintain detailed records and logs of imaging procedures and equipment maintenance
• Provide empathetic support to patients throughout their imaging experience
• Foster a safe, efficient, and organized imaging environment

Education and Certification Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology is essential; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred
• Graduation from an accredited program in radiologic technology

Required Credentials

• Certification by the ARRT in CT and/or Radiography
• Valid BLS certification, or the ability to obtain it within 90 days post-hire

Desirable Skills

• Expertise in imaging protocols and a solid understanding of safety standards
• Strong communication abilities to engage effectively with patients and healthcare professionals
