The Director, HR Transformation & Systems provides enterprise leadership for the solution, delivery, and ongoing evolution of the organization’s HR technology ecosystem. This role serves as the business owner for HR platforms, including SAP SuccessFactors and custom HR applications, while establishing strong SDLC governance, delivery discipline, and operational excellence across all our portfo

lio.
This leader bridges HR requirements, technology execution, while focusing on the employee experience, ensuring HR platforms are secure, scalable, well‑governed, and aligned with business outcomes. Qualifications, Knowledge

• and Skills: 12+ years of HR technology experience, including 3–5+ years leading enterprise teams in HR systems, HRIS, or HR transform
• ation roles.Deep hands‑on experience with SAP SuccessFactors across multiple modules; experience supporting or governing custom HR applications strongl
• y preferred.Proven leadership of large-scale HR system implementations and transformations, from concept through st
• abilization.Strong command of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and formal project/program management methodologies (PMP, SAFe, or equivalent
• preferred).Exceptional ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels, influencing senior
• HR leaders.Demonstrated success managing ambiguity, complex integrations, and cross‑functional opera
• ting models.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision‑ma
