Program Coordinator

What you will do:

The following duties are normal for this position. These are not to be construed as exclusive or all-inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned.

• Program & Course Support: Assists Children and Families Manager, Analyst, and Counsel with programs, workshops, committees, and course creation in OhioCourtEdu; manages registration, attendance, and contracts for Court Improvement Program grants.

• Committee Support: Provides staff assistance to the Advisory Committee on Children and Families.

• Document Processing: Receives, evaluates, processes, and submits invoices; reviews for accuracy; enters data into established databases.

• Budget Monitoring: Monitors section expenditures to ensure compliance with budget.

• Grant Administration: Supports administration of federal and state grants assigned to the section, including drafting, processing, and maintaining contracts, securing invoices, staffing grant-funded activities. Reconciling purchase requests, monitoring budgets and applying and processing requests for continuing education credit; enters appropriate information into established databases.

• Invoice Management: Processes all invoices from contractors, travel expense reports from staff, local court staff, and submits all necessary paperwork to the Fiscal office; maintains contact with the Fiscal office to ensure payment

• Information Support: Answers questions and provides information regarding grants, invoices, contract compliance and acceptable practices.

• Meeting Coordination: Schedules appointments, arrange meeting rooms, and coordinate meals.

Qualifications

What we're looking for:

Requires a bachelor's degree. The degree may be substituted by six (6) or more years of progressive and related experience in the unit or related area of the Court
